Setup:

First, use the power plug to charge the unit. Once fully charged, unplug the power plug.

Attach the safety device to the blower. This is required for safe operation.

Operation:

After charging and attaching the safety device, turn the small wheel on the side of the unit.

This will start the blower, and you can adjust the power level by turning the wheel further to increase or decrease the intensity.
